Conference Accessibility

Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers is committed to ensuring the Colorado Gold Writers Conference is accessible for all. Our partner hotel, The Hyatt Regency Denver-Aurora, has a number of accessibility features, all of which can be found HERE.

In addition we are proud to provide scholarships for four SSPs. These scholarships provide conference registration and meals for Friday dinner, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, and Sunday brunch will be provided for the SSP with the full registration payment of the attendee. Accommodation and transportation are not provided.

The SSP must be registered with the Colorado Commission for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Deafblind (CCDHHDB) Support Service Provider (SSP) Program, have completed SSP training and mandatory experience, and have professional liability insurance.

Upon completion of this form, you will receive an email stating whether your application has been accepted (this is based on availability), and you will be asked to provide name and credentials of the SSP accompanying you to the conference (information not needed until Aug 15th, 2025).
