Posted on November 1, 2013 by Karen Duvall

We did have two brave souls who offered fun photos of their pets in Halloween attire. So cute!

First up, We have Julie Kazimer’s adorable pooches dressed as… Frogs! LOL!

Also as a reminder to anyone reading, I’ll be giving an online workshop on How to Write Powerful Description starting on Monday, November 4. It’s a 2-week class. You can sign up for it here: https://rmfw.org/staging/6364/events/online-classes/

I envy Julie (perfect costumes btw) and Thea who seem to have cooperative pets who like having their pictures taken. Miss Contrary Cat (aka Katie) balked again at the little devil hood I found for her. I totally failed the challenge.

I got a pic of my cat in an elephant hat last night. He had it on for about 30 seconds while I plied him with treats. Does Katie have claws? I wouldn’t risk it then.

Yep, and I haven’t trimmed those claws lately. When I start getting the death stare, I back off in a hurry.

My dog would never tolerate anything on him for too very long. Sometimes we can get a scarf on him! Julie, what breed are your dogs?

The first one is a Weimaraner and the second a mix of something very odd. He has really short legs, a wide body and then those ears. Those frog costumes lasted maybe 10 mins. Last night’s elephant and monkey ones last a bit longer, mostly because they couldn’t figure out the Velcro.
