RMFW—Community, Education, Information, and Support
RMFW is a non-profit, entirely volunteer-run organization dedicated to supporting, encouraging, and educating writers seeking publication in commercial fiction. Check out what our members have to say about us!
We would not be successful in our mission without the help of our Supporting Members. Anyone can become a supporting member, and as a member, you have access to benefits you couldn’t otherwise have access to! Benefits include:
- Community and connection. Online discussion groups, critique groups, monthly face-to-face gatherings, and our annual Colorado Gold Conference offer networking and mentoring opportunities to support your growth as writer and nurture your career.
- Education. RMFW offers in-person and online workshops designed to develop your skills in the craft and business of writing and keep them current. Members are invited to our free monthly workshops, and get reduced registration for all workshops, online classes, and even the annual Colorado Gold Conference!
- News you can use: RMFW provides members with valuable and timely information through our active blog, podcast, and feature-rich newsletter designed to keep you up-to-date in the complex and ever-changing writing and publishing field.
- Outreach: From our It’s a Book! mailer, our anthology, invitations to participate in local book events, and inclusion in our Member Book Directory, RMFW offers unparalleled support for its published members.
