Rocky Mountain Writer #197

Posted on January 20, 2020February 1, 2020 by Mark Stevens

Harper McDavid & Zapata

Mary Johnson (a.k.a. Harper McDavid) lives in Morrison with her husband, two dogs, and big-boned cat.

Her debut novel, Zapata, a romantic suspense, was published in 2019 by Soul Mate Publishing.

She’s been a Colorado Gold finalist twice and is currently pantsing her way through a second novel, Proximity of Betrayal, which was a finalist for the Daphne du Maurier Award for Romantic Suspense. Mary attributes a large part of her writing success to the critique partners she met through Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers.
